It doesn't take long if you begin to spend more time in the woods to realize that the way we move in
modern society is not at all how our ancestors moved. If we desire to get close to animals undetected and move through the forest without setting off every single bird alarm in a 100 yard radius around us, we must learn to move differently. We will explore the principles of fox walking to slow down our walks and our minds. We will learn different stalking steps for gravel, leaf liter, snow, water, etc… With the tools you learn in this class you will be able to start to move more like a native, undetected through the forest and a part of the forest.
